Fadoua Braham is a Tunisian lawyer born in the city of Sousse on the Tunisian coast. She specializes in defending human rights and personal freedom. Fadwa does not belong to any political party or any political movement in Tunisia as she prefers the liberty to take her own political stance.
Fadwa believes that there is no such thing as “the right timing” to speak about human rights violations and that speaking up about this should not be postponed or compromised. She says that things have changed for the better after the revolution in Tunisia. Although achieving the objectives of the revolution regarding justice and freedom will take some years, Fadwa is quite hopeful.
